SMALLSONGS is toddler inspired, with instrumentation culled nearly completely from Fiona's toy collection. Who knew that the common items of childhood could make an avant-garde collection like this - strange, odd, unrecognizable? In addition to Fiona's toy box, the tiny toddler of doom herself makes a vocal appearance. The great thing about children is that they have no preconceived notions about "what's good artistically" or "what's normal in music", making them perfect avant-garde artists. They also have a tendency to not get volume control (something that toy makers seem to share) making them perfect noise artists too.
